Establish the word in your life



ESTABLISH HIS WORD IN YOUR 

LIFE

In the first year of his reign I Daniel understood by books the number of the years, whereof the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the prophet, that he would accomplish seventy years in the desolations of Jerusalem. And I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes (Daniel 9:2-3).

 In the scripture above, Daniel was praying about the deliverance of Israel. He had read in the book of Jeremiah that their deliverance would come after seventy years in exile, and as he studied, he realized that that time had come. Even though it was time for the children of Israel to be free from their many years of captivity, Daniel knew he still had to pray.

As Daniel prayed, God sent Angel Michael to bring down Persia. Persia had to fall before the children of Israel could be free from captivity. Daniel didn’t take chances; he said, "I set my face unto the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes" (Daniel 9:3).

 He could have said, "Since God said His children would be free after seventy years of captivity, I don’t need to bother; I’ll wait on Him to do as He had said." No; Daniel was smarter than that! He didn’t only pray to God, he included fasting as well. He was determined to see to it that the prophetic utterance of God came to pass. How inspiring!

 This should let you know that just because God says something will happen in your life doesn’t mean it’ll happen, if you don’t do something about it. You have to establish His Word in your life; you have to act on His Word. What prophecies or words of the Spirit have you received concerning your health, business, academics, finances, family, job, or future? Don’t just sit idly by and say, "If God says it’ll happen, it’ll happen." It doesn’t work that way. You have a role to play in bringing to fruition His Word concerning you.

 Psalm 119:89 tells us that God’s Word is forever settled in heaven; however, it’s your responsibility to settle or establish the Word in your own life by acting on it, doing what it says. Act on the knowledge of God’s Word that has come to you, and your faith will prevail.

Prayer
Dear Father, I thank you for the wisdom to act on your Word always, and follow the guidance and promptings of the Spirit! Through your Word, I have increased wisdom, and spiritual understanding, knowing and walking in your perfect will at all times. I live a prosperous, healthy, and vibrant life in Christ, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

Take the Step of Faith




TAKE THE STEP OF FAITH
But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him (Hebrews 11:6).

Every child of God has faith. The Bible says God has given to every man the measure of faith (Romans 12:3). However, a lot of time, some aren’t bold to act their faith. For example, during a Church meeting, there could be someone who has a word of prophecy, but instead of going ahead to proclaim it, he’s nervous and unable to summon enough boldness to do so.

The person could be thinking, "I’ve never prophesied before; how can I just stand up in this crowd and start prophesying?" With such thoughts going through his mind, his faith dissipates, and the opportunity passes by, without him fulfilling God’s plan for the hour. Whereas, the one who’s filled with the Spirit doesn’t even wait to get the full message before he stands up to give the Word. Once he hears a sentence from the Spirit, he steps out in faith to give it. And as he begins, the Spirit leads him on and on until he gives the full message.

 To walk in the Spirit is to walk by faith; and faith is active, not passive. It’s the response of the human spirit to the Word of God. So, always be bold to act your faith. When God’s Word comes to you, act on it. Take a step of faith. Imagine what the Lord said to Abraham, "…Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee" (Genesis 12:1). The Bible tells us that Abraham, without knowing where he was going, obeyed. He took a step of faith.

 Noah did the same thing; he took a step of faith on the basis of the words He received from God: "By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house…" (Hebrews 11:7). Take a step of faith today, by boldly acting on the Word.

Confession
I’m bold and very courageous! I take giant strides today on the basis of the Word! By my faith in the Word, I see the invisible and do the impossible, for the Word in me is a propelling force! I’m triumphant in my going out and in my coming in, by the ability of God’s Spirit at work in me! Hallelujah!

Serve Him with your life



SERVE HIM WITH YOUR LIFE
But the end and culmination of all things has now come near; keep sound minded and self-restrained and alert therefore for [the practice of] prayer (1 Peter 4:7 AMP).

Many people live as though this world is all there is. Life on earth is short. Whether you’re a politician, an entrepreneur, civil servant, whoever you are, and whatever activities you’re involved in, the end of all things is at hand. Therefore, live purposefully; serve God with your life. Live for His glory. Refuse to allow anything take your attention away from Him. 

There’s so much wickedness and lawlessness, a superfluity of waywardness, in today’s world. As a result, the love of many has gone cold. Many aren’t as passionate and fervent for the Lord as they should: "And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold" (Matthew 24:12). Don’t let that happen to you. Remain excited about Jesus. Be excited about the Holy Spirit, about the Word of God, and about going to Church. Be excited to praise Him, irrespective of the challenges you might be facing, and the difficulties in today’s world. Be fervent in soul winning. 

 The Bible says he that endures to the end, the same shall be saved (Read Matthew 10:22). To "endure" means to go through certain difficulties and yet not give up. No wonder Paul said, "But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God" (Acts 20:24). He’s saying, "Come what may, I’m going to keep serving the Lord, fulfilling His ministry and calling for my life!" 

 Live for the Lord. The Bible says "And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again" (2 Corinthians 5:15). Let your love and commitment to Him be revealed in the way you talk, the things you do, and in your character. Love Him with all your heart, and express it lavishly by doing His Word.

CONFESSION
Precious Jesus, you’re the Lord of my life, and I live for your glory. You’ve made me a light to my world; therefore, I shine ever so brightly, leading others to righteousness. You’re my life and my joy; in you I live, and move, and have my being. You’re the glory of my life, and I love you with all my heart!

Learn to wait


LEARN TO WAIT
Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompense of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise (Hebrews 10:35-36).

The Bible is replete with accounts of men and women who achieved so much by adding patience to their faith; as did Abraham, Sarah, Joseph and Moses. This virtue is further developed through tribulations. "And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience" (Romans 5:3).

Many are impatient because they really don’t trust God, so they try to "help" Him bring His Word to pass quickly. Some have erred terribly in this regard, for example, King Saul; he was to wait for Samuel to come offer the sacrifice, in preparation for the war against the Philistines. Offering that sacrifice was exclusively the responsibility of Samuel the prophet; but when Samuel delayed, Saul couldn’t wait. He went ahead and offered the sacrifice.

 Interestingly, he was still at it, when Samuel walked in. Samuel then said to him, "Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever. But now thy kingdom shall not continue…" (1 Samuel 13:13-14). God had made a promise to Saul that his dynasty would be forever, but Saul lost it. His demonstration of impatience cost him and his lineage the kingship.

 Many still make similar mistakes today. Some people want to make major decisions, and instead of them to stay on the Word, which is divine counsel, direction, or guidance, they go ahead and do what’s on their minds, saying they prayed about it.

 In your walk with the Lord, trust Him, and be patient. If you’re looking to Him for a miracle, trust Him, knowing that He never fails, and His timing is always perfect. James 1:4 says, "But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." You need patience for a balanced, successful and stable Christian life.

PRAYER
Dear Father, my faith in your Word is unshakeable, and my trust in you is absolute! I’m not moved by circumstances, because I know that come what may, I’ll forever be victorious. Your Word is my guiding light, causing me to make right, and wise decisions, and live right, for your glory, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

WHAT MANNER OF LOVE
"Behold what manner of love the Father has bestowed on us, that we should be called children of God! There the world does not know us, because it did not know Him." (1 john 3:1)

It's so wonderful to know that God loves you. It's great to know He didn't create you to be a failure, but to be head over all things. Now you can walk in the liberty and full assurance of His love, knowing that you're beyound condemnation due to His unfailing love, unconditional and eternal love for you (Romans 8:1). God loves you just the way you are. You didn't have to work to earn His love, for you could never earn it by your own works but by grace; it's a gift from God! All you have to do is accept His love as simply as it has come to you, and you'll never remain the same again.

The consciousness of God's love will change you for the better. It will create in you the consciousness to love other people. God's love gives you the ability to live in the liberty of His Word and enjoy His abundant life.
God's love will carry you over all circumstances of life. Jesus said He doesn't have to pray to the father on your behalf, since the Father Himself loves you (John 16:26).

If you're experiencing a challenging situation right now, begin to meditate on the Father's eternal love for you! Remember what He did for you on the cross of Calvary. Give Him thanks for them and ask Him to help you in your present situation, for He is your very present Help in time of need (Psalm 46:1).

PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I thank you for the great love and kindness towards me! In everything I do today, and every everywhere I go, I'm mindful of that love, and that consciousness inspires faith and boldness in me to face the circumstances of life and win! Thank you for being my very present help in time of need.

Put on the Whole armour of God




PUT ON THE WHOLE ARMOUR
Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.

Just as your wear the proper kit for specific activities, such as workouts, swimming, hiking or mountain climbing--there's a spiritual kit you need to have on as a child of God. It's called the armour of God, and you need it for spiritual warfare, which is your fight of faith! The Bible says "....we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against power, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places" (Ephesians 6:12 KJV). Hence. you're instructed to dress ready for battle.

Notice the same scripture says to put on the whole armour of God, not just part of it. The weymouth New Testament version says, "Put on the complete armour of God..." I like the word "complete". You've got to make sure you don't leave any part of that armour out. So, its up to you to have the belt of truth around your waist, the breastplate of righteousness protecting your torso, the boot of the gospel of peace on your feat, the helmet of salvation on your head, and then the shield of faith in one hand, and the sword of the spirit in the other. The armour of God is available to you today, but you must make a conscious choice not only to put it on, but to have it on always. God isn't going to put it on you, on matter how much you pray or fast for Him to. Kit yourself up for battle , and stand firm. It's your fight of faith, and the word has declared you a victor already. 


CONFESSION
I put on the whole armour of God and stand firm as a good soldier of the Lord Jesus Christ, dressed ready for the fight of faith. I am fully equipped to extinguish all the fiery darts of the devil and render all his stratagems futile and empty. My armour is ever on as a soldier of Christ! Hallelujah.

THE MESSAGE OF HOPE


A MESSAGE OF HOPE

The Bible is a message that God has given to all. This message tells us what God has done and voiced out. God's Word contains a message to the doubted that he has faith (Rom 12:3), a message to the rejected that there is hope, a message to the sinner that there is reconciliation (2Cor 5:19) and a message to the oppressed that he has been freed (Rom 8:1).

The Word is a reflection, this reflection is not of another but you. 2 Corinthians 3:18 (KJV) says ....we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

So the more you look the the faster you are transfigured by the truth. The Bible teaches that though we have accepted Christ, the devil always tries his feeble attacks to deceive. But The Bible Says in (Pov 11:9) ......Through knowledge shall the Just be delivered. Let the Knowledge of God in your life take its Ground in you, and you are sure to turn out victorious.

Prayer

Thank you for your Word; the Bible. Through your word I now know what is done for me in Christ Jesus. Therefore I reject fear, failure, frustrations, guilt and condemnation in Jesus Mighty name. Amen.

LIVE TRUTHFULLY

LIVE TRUTHFULLY
One of the things about lies in that, it denies your personality as a Christian. The Bible says, as He (Jesus) is so are we in this world. This means we have made the same as Him. The question we  should ask our self is that, who was He?The Bible lets us know He was truthful. This is not because He tried to be truthful. This is because It was His personality. He recognized His oneness with the truthful God then lived that way. 

In (Matthew 26:64) the Bible tells us when He was before His accusers, He didn't deny Himself; He spoke the truth. The same to do with us us. When you become born-again, the darkness of lies is taken away and substituted with with the light of truth. Colossians 1:23 says  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: and James 1:18  says of  his own will begat he us with the word of truth. 

 Some one may ask. What if after you are born again you lie?  That's  simple. You are denying who you are, and God don't wants you denying your personality. He wants you embarrassing it. So what should you do then. Accept what Christ came to do for you, and live accordingly.
The next thing that I want to add is that,  pray in tongues often (if you don't have ask from God and receive) and listen to the Holy Spirit. He is our partner for life. He guides us out no matter the delema we may find our self in. So listening to Him is very much important.  Proverbs 16:20  says Whoever gives heed to instruction prospers, and blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord.

Prayer

Thank you Lord for your word today. Through your Word I know who I am and how to live accordingly. Therefore I declare, the darkness of lies is gone forever and replaced with the light of your Word in my heart today. Amen.

Be happy always


BE HAPPY ALWAYS

The apostle Paul wrote to the church in Philippians, in the Book of Philippians 4:4 Always be joyful because you belong to the Lord. I will say again. Be joyful. (NIV)
The Words of the apostle is so inspiring. As the book of Nehemiah 8:10 said '' ...... don't be sad. The joy of the Lord is your strength.

Many do not realize this, so they think it's alright to be frustrated a little bit. After all this is life, but that is not what the Bible says, James 1:2 says '' My brothers and sisters, you will face all kinds of trouble. When you do, think of it as pure Joy. (NIV)

Life in Christ is all about being joyful. Such that you only think happy thoughts not defeat. Philippians 4:8 says "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things.. Training yourself that ways is what keeps in on the road of success. And that is what God whats for his children.
Never be depressed angry of frustrated, but in anything maintain the joy of Christ in your life by demonstrate love to those who are undeserving.

Prayer

Thank you Lord for your word today. By you Word I know, you only want me happy and joyful in every thing; by that I will remain joyful in you irrespective of my circumstances knowing you are there.Amen.

Let your confessions rule you


LET YOUR CONFESSIONS
RULE YOU

Confessions in the Greek language is Homologea, which means speaking the same things in consent with. Someone may ask, speaking the same things in consent with what? with the Word. That is what He talking about. When we talk about confession many say to themselves is that really necessary. To them an ideal Christian is a Christian who is always soaked in prayer. Yes prayer is good, infact the bible edge us to pray consistently, but is also says in (Hebrews 10:23) ..Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.

Which means confessions are also very important. For they are Affirmations of your faith in God's Word. When you confess the Word, you are insisting on what God has already done for you and by that it is manifested in your life.
So never take confession likely. Insist on you health, prosperity, success and victory. Hallelujah.

CONFESSION
Thank you dear Father for you word today. For by it I know what is done for me. By this knowledge I refuse to walk in lack, defeat or failure. For I'm the blessed of Abraham, and I refuse to walk defeated.
Amen.

Dear Jesus, I need You in my life. I acknowledge that I have sinned and I come to You right now confessing that and asking your forgiveness. Thank You for dying on the cross for my sins. I believe You are the Son of God and that God rose you from the dead for my Justification.

I open the door of my heart and receive You as my Savior and Lord. Thank You for forgiving my sins and giving me eternal life. Please take control of my life from here forward and make me the kind of person you want me to be. In Jesus’ name I pray, Amen.
